Course description
This ride is a grand tour of the beautiful countryside nestled just below the Kinglake Ranges. The route is about 80% dirt roads of generally high quality. You can expect corrugations, potholes and loose gravel sections. The country around here is mostly hilly - you can expect many short climbs followed by fast flowing descents.
Note : This area does see a small amount of local traffic so be careful on the descents - especially blind corners - and please share the road. The locals know these roads well, sometimes drive fast, and probably won't be expecting to see cyclists in their way. This goes for kangaroos too!
